ENHANCING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE TENANT’S USE OF THE PREMISES

The entire corporate world is constantly looking for new opportunities to enhance the efficiency of operations and to reduce fixed costs. One of the available means is outsourcing. This applies to lessors as well as tenants. We offer the latest information on spatial solutions, enhancing the use of the premises, and enhancing the efficiency of space utilisation.

The expenses of the tenant related to the premises consist of the rent specified in the rental contract, property and facility maintenance expenses that are the responsibility of the tenant, and the use and capital costs related to movable property.

The main cost components are, however, suitability of the premises for the intended purpose and the efficiency of space utilisation for the selected indicator.

We assess all of these and complete a related benchmarking comparison. An improvement proposal is prepared for the customer on this basis. After the proposal is accepted, we manage the implementation and follow-up monitoring of the modifications.
